How much does a margarita machine cost?

What does the margarita drink machine rental include?
The price includes the frozen drink machine, your choice of mix, a salt applicator and salt, cups and straws. Call for more details!
Are your margarita machines easy to use?
Yes! If you’ve ever poured a Slurpee or soft-serve ice cream, you know how easy it is. We’ll also do a demonstration for you when we setup your machine.
How much ice do your margarita machines require?
No ice! We add the miix, and the machine does all the work. It just needs an electrical outlet (and alcohol if you want to add it).
How much frozen drink mix does the machine require?
For an average crowd, 25 people will consume one batch of mix. Each gallon of mix will usually produce 70-100 eight ounce drinks, depending on factors such as whether you serve the mix with alcohol, the size of the cup, as well as the type of mix you select.
How much mix do I get?
We bring MORE MIX than you need. You only pay for what you use. We provide the first gallon of mix. Additional gallons are $20 each. The machine only use our mix because it has been calibrated for our mix to prevent damage and freezing. Please note that any damage to our machines from other mixes will be the responsibility of the customer.
Do you setup the mix?
Yes! We setup the machine and the mix, and will pour an initial cup for you.
How long is the rental period?
We drop off the machine the day of your party and pick it up the next day (or same day if needed). If you need it longer, we can quote you an extended rental rate. Please note that overnight rentals do not mean the rental is for a full 24 hours.
What if I want two flavors at my party?
We recommend renting two frozen drink machines but if you don’t mind the mixes blending for several drinks then one machine will do.
How long does the first batch take of frozen drink to freeze?
A mix with alcohol indoors will normally freeze in less than 30 minutes; outside on warm days, it may make take an hour or so. Between batches, simply add mix to the top of the machine when the “mix-low” light comes on.
Do you provide alcohol?
No. The customer is responsible for providing alcohol and assumes all liability and repsonisbility for its use at their party.
What flavors are available?
We specialize in frozen margaritas, strawberry daiquiris, bellinis and pina coladas, but also many other flavors. If you have something else in mind, ask us… we probably have it!
Can these machines be used for kid’s parties?
Yes! Any of our drink flavors can be served non-alcoholic for adult or kid’s events as slushies.
Is there a delivery charge?
Not for most of the Dallas-Fort Worth Area. Contact us for details if you live more than 15 miles from the center of the metroplex.
What payment method can I use?
Cash, Check, VISA, MasterCard or Discover. All rental orders require a $50.00 deposit or payment in full. If event date is beyond 30 days, then cash or check should be used for the deposit.
What am I responsible for?
(1) Power, (2) Alcohol and (3) Water. Please note: we are not responsible for blown circuits. Each machine needs to be placed near the electrical outlet. All alcohol (i.e. Tequila, Rum, Vodka, etc.), is your responsibility and must be present at time of delivery if you wish to include it in the first batch. We DO NOT provide or supply alcohol.
What do I do with the machine when the party is over?
Please switch the machine off and unplug it. You may also want to empty the remaining mix into a container for your freezer to enjoy later.
